POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Department of Criminology, Law, and Society in the School of Social Ecology anticipates periodic openings for lecturers during one or more quarters in the

2025-2026 academic year to teach the following graduate course in the online Master of Advanced Study in Criminology, Law & Society (MAS):

-Policing

The salary for the lecturer appointment is $16,000 per course.

The minimum requirements are: A PhD. in a field appropriate to the course and teaching experience at the graduate level.

Preferred: Online teaching experience, knowledge of Canvas learning management system and be available for virtual meetings with the Social Ecology

Instructional Design Team to develop course content.

JOB LOCATION

Irvine, CA
